I'm currently on Exchange 2010, SP1 and current on Roll-Ups. I've reviewed the requirements and we appear to be solid. Ours is a one box server with less than 500 accounts.
I note that the latest updates are SP2 with three or so rollups. After reviewing the new features, I don't see any "killer" functions that we need or even desire at the moment.
On the other hand, I generally like to stay current on server software. So, the question is, should I just wait until I have to apply SP2 to resolve a fix, or feature? Or are their security gains or best practices that justify the break risk in applying any service pack?
Gratefully, BadAssBass
