Hi,
we have an Exchange Server 2010 SP1 in our datacenter. At one of our remote sites we have a strange calender syncing issue.
For a number (about 1 third) of room resource accounts the booked meetings are not being synced immediately. There's a delay of about 1 hour to multiple hours before other users -in the same site- see the new meetings when they book meetings. This causes double
bookings and lot's of annoyance.
This seems to be a caching issue. When we turn of cached modus it doesn't happen.
Also when people book the meeting not from their own calendar and selecting the room from the resource-list, but open the meeting-room's calendar and book the meeting from there it also does not occur.
What could be the cause for this? How can we solve this?
Thanks in advance
