Hi all
We are having the following issue with our setup of Exchange 2010 and fax support. The event id enclosed does not appear to have been discussed at any length on the Net, searched microsoft and google with no Joy.
Using 4 ISDN lines on a Diva 4BRI-8 with SIPCONTROL on a 2008 R2 Server and a Single Front/Back End Exchange 2010 on Server 2008 R2, the 4BRI-8 and SIPCONTROL are on a different server than the Exchange 2010
As far as I can see Exchange is setup with all the options selected to allow Fax in UM Dialplan and Mailbox. There is one Mailbox currently setup for UM and Fax Allowed. Windows Firewall enabled but with All Ports open between the Exchange Server and Gateway Server hosting the Diva Sipcontrol.
Calling the Fax number gets connected to the Mailbox across IP with standard greeting and can login to the mailbox no problem.
Any thoughts and assistance would be great thanks
