Use of Transport dumpster

Hi,

I know the use of transport dumpster feature and usage. In my Exchange 2010 I have one Database configured in DAG and i have configured dumpster size 45 MB. I want to realize the benefit of transport dumpster. How can i confirm and ensure it works????
