I am new with Exchange so forgive my ignorance. Our company is moving from a workgroup to a domain. The AD services and policies are set and working fine, but they want to utliize exchange server. We have a hosted webserver that currently handles all email. It is a CPanel Linux-Apache Server (I know MS and Linux don't like each other). I want to set up exchange to use that server as a relay becuase the DC is domain.local and the webser server is domain.com. I have set up the send\receive connectors but am having no luck. The DNS is setup with MX records pointing to the webserver. Is this even possible and if so what am I missing? Any and all help, suggestions or comments are appreciated.
