We have an issue where Outlook 2010 users login to Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 they get a server not available retry popup box, Outlook always successfully logs in when the reply box is checked. I suspect the issue is down to a possible plug in as the users have a few that are required by the business.
It is a difficult one to reproduce as its quite random so difficult to troubleshoot. Does anybody have any troubleshooting tips apart from disabling all plug-ins and re-enabling them one at a time to try find the rouge plug in?
