Moving Existing Exchange setup to a new site

Hi there,

My current infrastructure is as described below:

• Single Active directory site for two locations -  Location1 and Location2
• Three domain controllers at Location1 and one at Location2
• One Exchange box at location1 with roles- Hub Transport,Client Access, Mailbox server.
• Edge placed at Location1 for External eMail communication.
• Another Exchange  box at Location2 with roles- Client Access and Mailbox server.

With my current infra, have run into the below issues:

• There is considerable delivery delay for the emails sent from Location2 users addressing Location1 users.
• Address book synchronization issues

After a lot of research, i understood that having a new site for location2 and moving the exchange (with Hub Transport installed) into the new site could address my issue.

Could somebody please let me the process involved in such an Exchange server movement?
