Cannot delete items OWA

Hello,

Just migrated an Exchange 2003 mailbox to Exchange Online services.  When I attempt to delete a Contact entry from my Exchange Online mailbox using OWA, I get this error 'Some items cannot be deleted.  They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied.'

When I attempt to delete the same Contact entry using Outlook 2007, I don't get the error however nothing happens.

I have tried using both the User's/Mailbox owner credentials and also with an Admin account which has Exchange Admin permissions and both have the same results.

I didn't see an Exchange Online forum category so decided to at least start here.
