We have an odd situation where we have a few users losing contacts.
We have 200+ Users on an Exchange 2010 setup. These users all have iPhones synced, some, but not all have Outlook on a PC/Laptop, most are version 2007, a couple are 2010.
It all started a couple weeks ago when I had two users report that they had lost a significant number of contacts. After some checking around, we were able to recover contacts via the Recover Deleted Items folder. After restoring these contacts, they would lose them again overnight. A few days later another user started having the same issue. It has continued on, till I have about 10 users now all having this issue.
We can recover the contacts but they are deleted again overnight. We have not found any correlations in who is having the issues or with the contacts being deleted. We have enabled various logging to help see if it points to anything, but so far nothing sticks out.
Any help would be appreciated.
