Hi,
we have exchange 2010, outlook 2010 client and windows 2008 R2 vpn server. When users are connect to company network through vpn they are not able to SEND emails. Error we get:
"Task 'Peter.Simons@domain.com - Sending' reported error (0x80040115) : 'The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.'"
All services works fine. Exchange server is pingable. Domain controllers also. RDP works fine. Web through proxy also. Users are able to receive emails. Outlook shows as connected to exchange.
I tried to disable "Outlook Anywhere", tried to "Use default gateway on the remote network" in vpn client, tried disable IE proxy settings. Nothing helped.
I am out of ideas what else could be done?
