potential impact of having multiple shared calendars connected in Outlook 2010 using Exchange 2010

Hi.  We have an office of about 50 users who like to have all personal calendars shared with all other members of the office.  What potential performance impact is there on the individual Outlook profile as well as Exchange in general in having so many active shares?
