Exchange 2010 DAG error adding members

I am attempting to setup a DAG with two exchange 2010 server running sp2.  The DAG is there but when I try to add either server I get the following error:

The log file doesn't seem to have much more info but I can include it if anyone thinks it will help.  Please let me know what you think, thanks!
