I just purchased a new laptop. My older laptop and my new one both run Windows 7 Home Premium and have Office Pro 2010 installed. The issue is that I am not able to setup Outlook on my new computer to access my work exchange account. When I open outlook and go to add an email account, I enter the appropriate information, then it presents the box for me to enter my password. However, the domain listed above the password box is incorrect. The domain is the name of my computer. I have tried to delete my outlook profile and then create a new one with no luck. I have also tried to repair outlook with no luck.
This problem does not happen on my older computer. I deleted the email account on my older computer and re-established the account with no problems. Any assistance would be appreciated.
