We recently upgraded from SP1 UR6 to SP2 UR4 and now the User Call Log functionality appears to have stopped working - no calls are logged despite voicemail working. The Call statistics appears to be working, is there now a configurable option to enable/disable
this feature now or is there something I'm missing? I don't see anything in the event logs and not really sure where to look next so would appreciate any ideas. Thanks!
