Exchange 2003 SP2 directly to Exchange 2010 SP2 schema update.

Can you do a schema update once directly to Exchange 2010 SP2. We are in the process of starting the upgrade from Exchange 2003 SP2 to Exchange 2010 SP2. I want to do the schema update once, so can I run the command below from the Exchange 2010 SP2 download or do I need to do the Exchange 2010 w/SP1 schema update first. We want to update the schema before we do the first Exchange 2010 SP2 server install.

setup /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions = (/pl)

setup /prepareschema = (/ps)

setup /preparead  = (/ad)

setup /preparedomain:net.inova.org  = (/ad:net.inova.org)
