Exchange 2010 send connectors in Mixed Org

Hi,

We recently setup a Exchange 2010 SP2 server in a mixed org with Exchange 2003/2007.  Currently all internet bound incoming/outgoing mail is routed via Exchange 2003 connectors.

We would like to setup send connectors on Exchange 2010 so that it can route outbound internet email via its own connector but limit this connector only to itself.  We don't want the other servers using this connector since we are still doing some testing.

Is there a way to set this up?
