Exchange UM Voice Quality of Auto-Attendant

Hi,

I am using Lync2013 in conjunction with Exchange2010 and have a functioning Auto-Attendant up and running.

Prior to today I had the default text-to-speech running then today we did some recordings, the recordings are in WMA format and when played outside of Exchange UM sound great, no background noise, no nothing.

However, when I dial in now, the recordings seem to be very quite and you can hear some background noise.

Is there some way to control the volume and is Exchange more sensitive to hearing the background noise?
