I am having an issue with some users not having their OAB updated. When trying to manually download the OAB, it hangs and never completes.
This is an Exchange 2010 SP2 environment. 2 hub/cas servers in a cas array. 3 mailbox servers.
The two users reporting the issue are both using Outlook 2007, although other users using the same Outlook version report no problems. There have been no reports from 2010 users or 2013 Outlook users.
I have run Test E-mail Autoconfiguration and verified that the client is pulling the correct OAB URL's. I have run Test-OutlookWebServices and received no errors.
Does anyone know of any other troubleshooting that could be done to diagnose this problem?
