We've migrated Exchange from 2003 SP2 to 2010 SP2, from old hardware to new hardware.
Since then we ahve this errors in Application log, how to get rid of this?

The topology doesn't contain a route to Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003 e2003.ipcck.hr in Routing Group CN=First Routing Group,CN=Routing Groups,CN=First Administrative Group,CN=Administrative Groups,CN=IPC Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=ipcck,DC=hr in routing tables with the timestamp 22.9.2012. 13:39:15.
Our Exchange 2010 works well however I would like to clean this up.
