We had a strange problem where someone accepted a calendar invite, and then it replicated itself over and over and over. What we ended up doing was exporting her mailbox to PST from Exchange, disable the mailbox from within EMC and recreate the mailbox. Shortly after doing that internal employees were having issues sending emails to her from Outlook. Everyone was getting the 5.1.1 kickback message. I forgot about X500. I went to add it under Custom Address, but it's still not working.
