Exchange 2010 setup failed

Hi,

I tried to install the Exchange 2010 SP1 package and couldn't because there is an error with the file ExSetupUI.exe

I tried installing the first version and it went fine, but can't install every other version (SP1/SP2/SP3). It keeps failing with the same error.

I only need the management console installed.

I'm on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1.
