A number of my users are running into an error when searching their archive mailboxes: "Cannot open this item". This only happens when using search to locate an email.
I have applied the hotfix posted here:

However, this only seems to correct the issue for a short while. Repairing Outlooking also seems to fix this, but the issue returns after a few days. Is there a permanant fix?
This is an Exchange 2010 SP2 environment with Outlook 2010.
