Should a public folder replicate to itself?

We have 3 public folders servers and databases, PF1, 2 & 3, all on Exchange 2010

On checking the replication settings, I've noticed that some of the servers are themselves named in the replication tab.

  • If I connect to PF1 > Default Public Folders > Staff Calendar > Properties > Replication > It shows PF2 & 3
  • If I connect to PF2 > Default Public Folders > Staff Calendar > Properties > Replication > It shows PF2 & 3
  • If I connect to PF3 > Default Public Folders > Staff Calendar > Properties > Replication > It shows PF2 & 3

So basically should the server your on, not show in the replication tab as follows

  • PF1 shows PF2 & 3
  • PF2 shows PF1 & 3
  • PF3 shows PF1 & 2

Please Advise

Thanks
