Hi All,
We have Exchange server 2010 SP2. We have multiple AD sites, today we have changed an IP subnet of one of our Standalone Exchange servers (not DAG). Previous this exchange was in a different AD site and we have moved it to another AD site which has Global Catalog Domain controllers. There are few issues which we are facing now.
1. Mailbox Databases on this server shows copystatus "service down" Is Active "false", however users are still able to send and receive emails.
2. On the Database error messages, we are receiving this error
A server-side administrative operation has failed. The Microsoft Exchange Replication service may not be running on server exchse.mydomain.com . Specific RPC error message: Error 0x6ba (The RPC server is unavailable) from cli_GetCopyStatusEx2
3. In Event Viewer in am gettings this error. Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGY (PID=1652). When updating security for a remote procedure call (RPC) access for the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service, Exchange could not retrieve the security
descriptor for Exchange server object EXCHSE - Error code=8007077f.
The Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service will continue starting with limited permissions.
AND these errors Event ID 2604 and 2501
Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGY (PID=1652). The site monitor API was unable to verify the site name for this Exchange computer - Call=DsctxGetContext Error code=8007077f. Make sure that Exchange server is correctly registered on the DNS server.
The Result from NLTest /DSGetSite returned the correct site name.
Any suggestions??
