My organization has sporadic issues with Outlook 2010 clients retrieving inbound emails both from external and internal senders. Users with this problem can send email from the client and it arrives at recipient normally and have no issues with Outlook
Web App or with their active sync enabled devices like a cell phone or tablet. Our level 1 support group has attempted to delete and re-create local outlook profiles on their PC's and even reinstall Office 2010 Professional to mixed results. I have an
internal user now with this problem and the inbound smtp test at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ didn't find a problem. What else can I do, as a non-exchange admin, do to help
diagnose this problem?
