I posted this on the outlook forum and someone suggested I might have more luck posting here.
I administer 2 sbs 2011 servers (different domain names and different physical servers) and one of my users does work for both businesses.
I cannot get both exchange accounts set up in outlook 2013 on a win7 Pro machine.
Both accounts work if I set them up by themselves, but if I try to add the second one, then only the email folder list shows up from the first account. Furthermore, I cannot change the default datafile.
Both accounts show up under the File->Info->Account settings and there are 2 data files under the data files tab, but there is only the folder list for the first exchange account.
Both accounts work simultaneously under Windows Phone, I can access OWA on both accounts and everything else appears to work fine, but just can't get the second Inbox/Folder list.
The alias' are different for each account.
First one is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, login name is nickname, alias is susan
Second one is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, login name is SusanSmith, alias is SusanSmith
This machine used to have Office 2007 installed on it, but it has since been removed, and Office 2013 installed.
I have tried with a fresh Win 7 Pro installation on a different computer, with a fresh Office 2013 install and I get the same problem, so I suspect it is an exchange issue on one or both of the servers.
Any suggestions?
