We have users that receive emails with links from various systems. For some of our users the links are always inactive while for other users receiving the same email the links are active. We think we've narrowed the issue down to which Exchange server the user resides on. All the users that receive inactive links are on the same server and vice versa for the users that receive active links. My question is, are there any settings on the Exchange server that could cause something like this? We are currently running Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2010. I appreciate any help anyone can provide on this. Thanks.
