lotus notes to exchange 2010 cannot display double byte in meeting request

Hello All

I found the outlook cannot display double-bytes characters correctly for meeting request when receive from Notes server.

When are doing the Notes to Exchagne migration.

My Current Environment:

1 Forest and 1 Child Domain.  There are Notes and Exchange 2010 running in Root Domain (keep doing the migration).  And we have finished migration for Notes to Exchange 2010 in Child Domain. 

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
