Exchange 2003 and 2010 EWS fail

In my infrastructure is the CAS Exchange 2010 only and Exchange 2003 SP2.

FQDN Exchange 2010 mainexch2010.user.local

FQDN Exchange 2003 SP2 mainexch.user.local

On Exchange 2010 certificate installed:

mainexch2010.user.local
autodiscover.user.local
mainexch.user.local

I tested autodiscover only for Internal users

Mailbox user01@user.local on exchange 2003 SP2

I need that autodiscover work fine and EWS on CAS 2010 proxy connection to Free/Busy Information in Public Folder Exchange 2003

I try use it for lync 2010 to save conversation history
