There is an annoying problem in our exchange 2010 server.
there is an AD group whose members are not allowed to receive email from outside organization
(a transport rule is used)
there have been complains about spam from our people
ok, spam is always there and you cannot eliminate it completely but the problem is the not-allowed people also receive some spams for example from linked in or whatever
i checked the rule and it is ok. testing by sending emails from yahoo or gmail and it does not deliver them to those people but how are those spams flowing through
i am not concerned how they email has been sent to spammers but why the do receive emails from outside
