An Email being sent to a user by mistake

Hi, on an exchange 2010 (2 all in one servers in a DAG) env, something very strange is happening:

Every time one of the users, who is using an outlook 2007,  receives an Email from a specific person (Gmail address), he also receives an email the is stating that "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" and under that appears a name of a user that is been disabled and with no mailbox for a long time (at least a year).

so, what actually happens if i understand correctly, is that somewhere there is a rule that states to forward a copy of any message that is being sent by that Gmail address to that disabled user.

now just to clarify, the existing user receives that "undeliverable" message. not the Gmail account.

sounds pretty complex so i hope i made myself clear here :)
