Customize Exchange 2010 SP3+ all NDR Title (title only, not text) ! How is it possible ?

Each Exchange 2010 NDR consists of one or two parts: user section and service (diagnostic) section.

User section is conditionally divided into 2 parts: Title and text.

In English version, for example for 5.1.1. error, title of such message is "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:" and then wrong recipient address, that is:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

non_existing_e-mail_address

And then text of such message - originl or customized.

Text could be customizable via *-SystemMessage cmd-lets.

But how does user section title cusomize ?

I want to add new line to the top of the user section title and with value of sender' s addresses, that NDR could be showed as:

Dear sender of this message with e-mail address sender_address,

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

And then text of such message - originl or customized.

How to do so, in official or unofficial way (including AD objects/attributes editing) ?

Or how to add some AD attributes to the title or to change (means customize) exisiting line to the title - change text ?

Or in global sense, how to customize Title of user section of NDR, using any methods ?

Or may be Exchange developers will add such ability (my be including respective cmd-lets changing) to next Exchange 2010 Rollup update or Service Pack.

By the way: it is not affected RFC.
