A user is trying to send an email to several people. She gets a Delayed Delivery message and then a NDR. What I noticed about all 4 of these people is that they have an X500 address. Do I need that or will removing it cause more issues? I don't know where it came from because no one here knows if they were migrated. I just joined this company. I tried using Mail Flow troubleshooter but I am not getting any results. I run it and basically just comes back telling me the server ad site info, exchange cluster, etc. No errors or anything helpful that I can see. Is there something else I can do to test?
