UDP traffic from CAS 2010 to Outlook 2003 but UDP push notifications are not enabled in the registry

Hi,

Running Exchange 2010 RU4v2.  The only explanation for UDP traffic from the CAS to an Outlook 2003 client is Push notifications, but it's not enabled.  What else can be causing UDP traffic from the CAS to Outlook 2003?
