Is it possible to have a button on the exchange ribbon that launches a sharepoint infopath form tied to a list?

We are running SharePoint enterprise 2010 and Exchange 2010.  We want to add an "add in " button or some sort of capability to launch an infopath form (that is of course tied to a sharepoint list)  from the exchange ribbon that allows us to fill in the form and then save it.  Is this possible or do you know of a better way to do this?
