Distribution List permission denied in Exchange 2010

Hello,

I am unable to force upgrade a migrated distribution list (was Exchange 2003, now 2010) using the power shell - permission denied.

What needs to be done in this situation?  I cannot even remove the affected distribution list (permission denied):
